About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Head to lead our Technology & Engineering organization and shape the future of our technology landscape. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leader will define and execute the company's technology strategy while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for software development, infrastructure, and databases. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, system reliability, scalability, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's technology strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead and develop multidisciplinary Engineering teams, including Software Development, Infrastructure, and Database functions. Establish technology standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and translate business needs into technology solutions. Drive project execution, operational excellence, and a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and permanent root-cause resolution. Ensure the stability, availability, and security of all core systems while supporting the organization's continued growth and modernization. Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience. Demonstrated success defining and executing enterprise technology roadmaps. Experience leading Software Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams. Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable long-term solutions. Experience with modern technology stacks, preferably including: .NET, Angular, SQL Server, Infrastructure Management, and DevOps . Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, automotive services, or multi-location operational businesses. Experience modernizing legacy systems and implementing enterprise technology solutions. Background with ERP, accounting systems, workflow automation, or internally developed business systems. Executive presence with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required .
