Job Description

The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is recruiting for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This position is in the DHS Cybersecurity Service.
Qualifications:
This opportunity is part of the DHS Cybersecurity Service's Executive Track. Employees are placed at career levels and salaries that match their expertise and expertise. Senior Cybersecurity Executives generally have at least 15 years of cybersecurity experience, including 5 or more years in a leadership role.
Qualified candidates are typically:
Executive-level managers who serve as a senior functional authority for a DHS component or the entire department, overseeing multiple high-visibility cybersecurity programs. Seasoned cybersecurity executives who serve as DHS-wide leaders, directing expansive national programs and managing multi-level organizations that report to presidential appointees.
