This role ensures reliable, secure, and integrated technology services across the Hanford Site while driving innovation that enhances mission performance, supports cleanup objectives, and strengthens the One Hanford strategy. The position collaborates with DOE, prime contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional HMIS teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and forward-looking technology capabilities. Strategic Leadership Develop and maintain a multi-year technology and innovation roadmap aligned with HMESC mission needs. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that improve service delivery, infrastructure reliability, and efficiency. Provide strategic input to enterprise architecture review board, regarding data integration, innovation, and digital modernization. Innovation & Digital Transformation Champion innovation initiatives, pilot projects, and technology proofs-of-concept across HMESC service areas. Introduce advanced analytics, automation, and digital tools that enhance infrastructure, logistics, emergency response, and mission support operations. Drive adoption of integrated, sitewide data solutions supporting One Hanford collaboration. Lead and facilitate, Innovation and Transformation committee. Cross-Functional and Contractor Integration Serve as the technology integrator across Hanford contractors to drive adoption of shared systems, data interoperability, and coordinated service delivery. Partner with Information Management, Infrastructure, Engineering, Business Integration, and DOE stakeholders to ensure technology supports mission priorities. Support DOE's small business engagement through coordination of technology-related subcontracting. Governance & Reporting Manage Transformation project in alignment with IT governance processes, cybersecurity requirements, performance metrics, and compliance reporting to DOE. Oversee technology project portfolios, investments, and budget planning. Ensure transparency, documentation, and communication for all major technology initiatives. Team Leadership Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and technical excellence. Promote alignment with HMIS values, including safety, ethics, inclusion, and learning. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of progressive experience. Leadership experience in IT or innovation roles within government contracting or regulated environments. Experience working with DOE, federal cybersecurity standards, or mission-critical operations. Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge. Desired Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive cross-organizational integration. Proven track record implementing technology modernization and innovation programs. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or other Disciplined Agile frameworks for process optimization.
