Job Requirements Panama City Beach, FL Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Description SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a C5ISR contract in Panama City, FL. The qualified candidate will support the Joint & Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) program, providing administrative duties, IT data analysis, and support to Program Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team, customers, and end users via phone, email, chat, etc.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Financial tracking and cost control.
- Enterprise IT metrics reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate and track contractor travel, build travel estimates, and provide guidance on government travel processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports utilizing MS Office, Sharepoint, and SolarWinds.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and communications quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with IT administrators and engineers on business needs - requires foundational knowledge of enterprise IT hardware and software.
- Assist with procurement activities.
- Assist with expense reporting and travel planning, using applications such as Synchronized Pre-Deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT), Concur, and APACS.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and 3 years' experience (4 additional years' experience accepted in lieu of degree).Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of IT systems and networks.
- Understands technology terms, operating systems, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated Excel experience.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement processes.
- Experience with contract finance, spend plans, invoicing, etc.
- IT background with experience in a position such as systems administrator or network engineer.
- Experience with APACS and/or SPOT.
- Experience with SolarWinds, Remedy, Sharepoint.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IT industry certification.
Required Clearance:
- A minimum of Secret clearance will be required with ability to obtain Top Secret government clearance.
