PROGRAM ANALYST

(JXN 2026-26178): Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Division. The Program Analyst will be responsible for maintain charts, aiding in tracking action items required for the specific contract.

Responsibilities Essential functions will include:

Assigned to and assisting in other administrative duties as assigned Capture and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes. Communicate with vendors via email, telephone and in person, attending and tracking meeting minutes and developing slides for presentation use Other duties as assigned Qualifications An Associate's degree is required at a minimum however a Bachelor's degree is preferred At least three to five (3-5) years of professional experience in a Program Analyst or equivalent role is required SharePoint experience is required. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Target salary range for this position is $65,000 to $78,000 annually based on qualifications and experience

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
