Work across application and infrastructure teams to support upgrades, vendor led changes, testing cycles, and deployment planning. Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, maintainability, and user experience. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross-coverage for business-critical systems.
