Job Description
This position is responsible for support to the college's computer users as well as managing, maintaining and upgrading the web-based services and related systems. The position also designs and develops new applications software on responsible systems. This is an entry level position.

Provide support to administrative computer users Application software: Modify and maintain all software supplied by outside vendors Modify and maintain all software developed by ITS staff Design and develop new applications software Develop and maintain relevant documentation Support from outside vendors Assist Systems Programmer in coordinating support from Jenzabar on administrative software problems Assist Manager of Administrative Computing in coordinating support from Jenzabar on problems related to JICS Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
