iRVision systems. Develop and modify FANUC robot programs for automotive manufacturing applications. Perform robot mastering, TCP/tool setup, user frames, payload configuration, I/O setup, and motion/path optimization. Integrate FANUC robots with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, vision systems, safety devices, and other automation equipment. Troubleshoot robot faults, vision issues, communication errors, and production downtime. Optimize robot paths and processes to improve cycle time, reliability, and productivity. Support robotic cell installation, commissioning, debugging, equipment runoff, and production launch. Perform system testing and validation to ensure robotic cells meet production and quality requirements. Maintain robot program backups and technical documentation. Work closely with Controls Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance teams, and equipment integrators. Follow applicable robotic safety standards and automotive manufacturing requirements. Experience with robot setup, mastering, frames, TCPs, I/O, recovery, and fault diagnostics. Experience integrating robots with PLCs and industrial automation equipment . Previous experience supporting automotive manufacturing or automotive automation projects . Experience with robotic cell commissioning, startup, debugging, and production launch. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and automation documentation. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Preferred Experience Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or automotive automation/integration experience. FANUC CRX-series collaborative robot applications. 3D vision applications including part localization, material handling, machine tending, or pick-and-place. Allen-Bradley/Rockwell or Siemens PLC systems. EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or similar industrial communication networks. High-volume automotive production environments. Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
