If you thrive on complex setups, surgical tolerances, and continuous improvement, this role is built for you. Your impact Set-up Swiss CNC machines and validate tooling for machining/manufacturing operations Operate Swiss CNC machines to achieve daily production goals Complete tool changes and adjust offsets to maintain capability Perform quality inspections on completed parts (micrometers, calipers, pressure micrometer, microscope) Execute preventative maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance Troubleshoot production problems and implement robust solutions Read, write, and modify CNC programs as needed; communicate machine activity and operational requirements to operators What you'll need to succeed Hands-on set-up experience with Swiss CNC machines Proven operator experience on Swiss CNC equipment Strong math foundation (machine/shop math preferred) Fluent in GD&T and print interpretation Comfort using a microscope and precision measurement equipment Ability to use micrometer, caliper, and pressure micrometer confidently Background machining medical components, devices, or instruments Demonstrated success holding tight tolerances Programming experience with Swiss CNC Machines Experience in troubleshooting of Swiss CNC Machines Familiarity with Citizen and Tornos platforms Able to read and write CNC programs (as needed) Clear communicator of operation/machine activity requirements to operators Previous experience in the medical manufacturing industry is a plus Grow with us Competitive wages with lots of growth potential Generous monthly profit sharing bonuses AND annual bonuses based on meeting company's goals Largely subsidized Medical and Dental Insurance for individuals, couples & families Short-term and Life Insurance Voluntary Life and Vision Insurance Company matched 401(K) Tuition reimbursement Employee recognition program Paid Time Off 9 paid holidays Education High School diploma or equivalent Diploma in a machining related course from a technical or trade school or equivalent experience Discover more: https://www.marshallmfg.com/ We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
