The job assumes overall programming responsibilities for all aspects of a sophisticated Microsoft Smart Client application utilizing C# and Microsoft SQL Server. Applicant should be able to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow and logical processes, and interfaces with other systems and ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved by coordinating, coding, beta testing, implementing and documenting all design processes. The position requires that you be able to report on the status of current projects, identify issues and assess their impact and proactively recommend solutions. General Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in debugging, analysis tools, and experience with reverse engineering techniques.
