Adecco is seeking a Mori Seiki Lathe Programmer for a local manufacturing client in Erie, PA. Apply now for instant consideration! Set up and operate Mori Seiki NL Series CNC lathes. Create, modify, and optimize CNC turning programs. Perform complete setups including tooling, fixtures, workholding, and offsets. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining methods. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools. Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues. Make machine and program adjustments to maintain quality and improve cycle times and tool life. Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet specifications. Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues. Maintain programs and setup documentation and perform basic machine maintenance. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience setting up Mori Seiki NL Series CNC lathes is required. CNC lathe programming and setup experience. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
