Requirement/Must Have:

Experience with Oracle 11g/18c/19c database. Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience. Experience with Javascript or Jquery. Experience with Oracle APEX. Experience with Oracle PL/SQL web toolkit. Experience with RESTful and SOAP Webservices.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of the team to plan, coordinate, develop, and implement data modernization of vital statistics and vital records related projects. Develop and maintain mission-critical functions including Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry using Oracle Application Express (APEX). Integrate systems with multiple state and federal partners. Implement new enhancements that support the data modernization of vital records and vital statistics projects. Create new Oracle APEX pages and application components. Strengthen security controls and improve user experience through modern UI capabilities. Ensure long-term sustainability of the platform while maintaining strict security standards and HIPAA compliance.
