- Overview
- Auburn's McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security, in collaboration with the Oak Ridge National Lab (ORNL), will establish a Southeast Region Cyber Collaboration Center to enhance the cyber security of the U.
- Responsibilities
- + Assist with IT system configuration, installation, and patching + Support network management and connectivity in lab and office spaces + Maintain asset inventory, user accounts, and access controls + Provide first-level IT support to students, staff, and partners + Ensure adherence to cyber and physical security protocols + Support execution of research and operational IT initiatives + Prepare reports, documentation, and technical demonstrations •Qualifications•Enrolled student at Auburn University Must have the ability to work 10+ hours per week Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Interest in IT/OT, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise system support •Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities•+ Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms preferred + Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills + Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment •Why Work at Auburn?
