has 84 clinics across Arizona and Texas. When technology fails, our clinics need it fixed fast so patients can keep getting care. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through. Broad IT experience helps, but we'll train the right person. What you'll do Respond to support requests from clinics and team members. Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, phones, and network issues. Set up equipment, track tickets, and escalate issues promptly. Occasionally visit clinics for onsite support. What you need Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn. Transportation for occasional clinic visits. Experience with Windows, macOS, networking, Entra ID, PowerShell, or EMR systems is a plus. This role is based at our Chandler corporate office. The schedule may include on-call weekends. You'll have access to systems containing patient information, so discretion and accountability are essential.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
