This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on technology work, customer support, and hardware management. The primary focus of this position will be managing the lifecycle of Mac devices, including device preparation, reimaging, inventory updates, and shipping. In addition, the technician will provide Level 1 IT support to employees through an onsite support desk and assist with basic audio-visual support for meetings and events. Key Responsibilities Device Lifecycle & Asset Management Erase, restore, and reimage Mac devices using established IT processes. Configure and prepare Mac computers for deployment. Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems. Receive, inspect, clean, package, and ship technology equipment. Track completed work and asset updates through ticketing and inventory systems. Ensure devices meet quality standards before deployment. End-User Support Provide Level 1 technical support for employees at the onsite IT Support Bar. Assist with password resets, account access issues, and basic troubleshooting. Respond to and document requests through Zendesk or similar help desk platforms. Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees at all levels, including executives and senior leadership. Support employee onboarding activities and equipment distribution. Audio/Visual & Event Support Assist with meeting and conference room technology setup. Support microphones, presentation displays, TVs, and other AV equipment. Troubleshoot basic AV issues during onsite events and meetings. Transport and set up equipment as needed. Required Qualifications Experience supporting MacOS and Apple hardware in a professional, educational, or personal technical environment. Up to 2 years of IT support experience or recent graduate with relevant technical experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide support to employees at all organizational levels, including executives and directors. Experience using Zendesk or another help desk/ticketing system. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively. Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds .
