Job Description
Make a difference in the lives of people caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder! The Alzheimer's Association's support groups are open for families, friends, and caregivers of persons living with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. It provides a safe environment for individuals to: express feelings, give and receive support, learn about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and discover effective ways to cope with and care for their family member. We are seeking a facilitator for our Chico Family Caregiver Support Group, the group currently meets the 3rd Thursday of the month from 2:00-4:00pm at our office. Training and ongoing support are provided.
