Job Description
- Must know how to refurbish laptop computers.
- Clear understanding of BIOS setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of installing and configuring macOS.
- Understanding of computer drivers and proper driver installation.
- Ability to identify missing or incorrect drivers and verify proper hardware functionality.
- Ability to diagnose basic laptop hardware and software issues.
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptops when necessary for repair or component replacement.
- Understanding of common computer components, including RAM, SSDs/hard drives, batteries, keyboards, screens, and other laptop hardware.
- Ability to conduct thorough quality-control inspections of both hardware and software before a computer is approved for sale.
- Ability to verify that a completed computer is fully functional and meets quality standards. What We're Looking For

- Willing to assist with other warehouse and production responsibilities when needed.
