• This position is ideal for candidates who have recently graduated or are transitioning into their first professional IT role. Internships, school projects, labs, certifications, help desk experience, retail technology support, and other hands-on technical experience are all considered valuable.
• The environment includes a mix of Mac and Windows systems, with Windows making up a significant portion of the support environment.
