Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy IT System Support Technician to join our team in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and training when needed Ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely

Requirements:

Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule with open availability Willingness to work overtime when needed
