Contract:
6-month minimum; extension available We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience supporting MacBook and macOS devices in a corporate Microsoft 365 environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MacBook deployment, troubleshooting, device management, and end-user support. Familiarity with Jamf or other MDM solutions is preferred. This role will support day-to-day end-user computing needs while maintaining device security, asset management, and a seamless user experience.

Job Description
  • Provide tier 1 support for macOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
  •  Configure, deploy, and maintain MacBooks using Kandji or other mobile device management (MDM) tools
  •  Mostly provide MacBook device installation and/or uninstallation services
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Manage user accounts, licenses in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware and software
  • Document support processes, maintain asset inventory, and ensure compliance with company IT policies
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team on projects and initiatives that impact end-user computing
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including tracking, assignment, recovery, and lifecycle management of devices.
Qualifications2+ years of hands-on IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support / IT Support experience.

Strong hands-on experience with macOS and MacBook devices.

Experience with Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or other MDM platforms.

Experience deploying, configuring, and managing MacBook devices.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.

Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 user/license management.

Experience with employee onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle management.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Kandji specifically.

Experience with Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.

Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams administration.

Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance management.

Experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment.

Basic understanding of Windows environments and cross-platform end-user support.
