Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support smart meter infrastructure, operational technology environments, and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong data analytics capabilities combined with experience troubleshooting hardware, infrastructure, and connected technology environments. While utility, AMI, or smart meter experience is preferred, candidates with strong analytical, operational, and technical troubleshooting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Analyze operational and system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Run queries and build reports supporting operational performance and business decisions. Develop KPI reporting and performance metrics. Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis. Support smart meter infrastructure and associated operational technology environments. Monitor ticket trends, operational metrics, and lifecycle activities. Support troubleshooting of hardware, devices, infrastructure, and network-connected systems. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
