Job Duties Inspect and evaluate incoming desktops, laptops, printers, and server equipment for condition and functionality Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and peripheral issues Disassemble, sort, and refurbish computer systems and electronic components for reuse Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and basic software as needed Document device condition, repair actions, and system configurations in an inventory tracking system Support technology lifecycle management efforts by extending the usability of electronic equipment Work in a fast-paced, production-style environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards Ensure all repaired equipment meets functional and quality expectations before release Requirements Experience or familiarity with repairing PCs, laptops, or similar electronics Basic understanding of both Windows and Mac systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and repair work Ability to work independently and stay productive in a high-volume environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
