I.T. Specialist Position Summary The I.T. Specialist provides technical setup and support, infrastructure setup and support, deployment assistance, hardware planning, and service account management across company systems and field-deployed technology. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Escalation Provide support for end users, networking, company hardware, deployment systems, field equipment, and technical platforms. Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, servers, remote access tools, network connectivity, internet stability, email, service accounts, supported applications, and other technology items. Hardware & Technical Planning Review requirements and help identify appropriate hardware, networking, or other needs. Spec and price hardware and prepare bill of materials for planning and purchase approval. Oversee the building, configuration, imaging, and preparation of PCs, servers, and other equipment. Assist with maintaining security and configuration standards for deployment hardware and technical configurations. Server Rack, Power, Wiring & Network Documentation Assist with server rack planning as needed, equipment layout, power requirements, and wiring coordination. Assist with troubleshooting cabling, network drops, rack equipment, UPS equipment, and connectivity issues. Coordinate with internal teams to support infrastructure-related work. Network, Internet & Service Account Management Manage and support service accounts, including remote management and monitoring platforms, remote access tools, internet services, and other operational systems. Manage and support company networks, including troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and connectivity validation. Verify internet stability and assist with diagnosing site-level network issues. Set up and support internet service accounts and related internet connectivity needs. User Account, PC & Email Administration Set up new user accounts and assist with onboarding-related technical access and offboarding. Set up and configure new user PCs, including required software, access, and hardware readiness. Provide end-user hardware support, including troubleshooting, replacements, and device preparation. Assist with email management, mailbox routing, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, spam/security rules, and related Microsoft 365 administration tasks. Support user access changes related to onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. Various Follow-up on assigned technical priorities and help keep work moving to completion. Support leadership by helping translate technical needs into daily execution.

• Assist with IT projects, infrastructure initiatives, and other priorities as assigned.
