3 Month Contract to Hire Pay rate: $21/hr. on W2 (non-benefited) +
Mileage Re-imbursement Work Schedule:
M-F 9AM to 6PM; overtime or after-hours as needed

PC/POS Role Overview:
As a Field Technician, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Must-Have Skills:
Hardware repair & break-fix (Laser printers, plotters, formatter) PC/POS support experience Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. IT Field Technician I tasks include driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer but will include printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices. We are looking for an experienced Laser Printer Technician with hands-on experience working with Lexmark, HP, Plotter, and Formatter printers and with strong break-fix, hardware repair, and OEM service experience. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team. Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
