Job Description :
Seeking an operational Help Desk professional to serve as the initial point of contact for technical assistance. This role focuses on resolving basic hardware and software requests, managing the inbound ticket queue, and routing complex issues to the appropriate technology team members. The ideal candidate will balance technical troubleshooting with excellent service to maintain smooth daily operations in a quiet, indoor office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure, provision, and maintain all corporate mobile tablet devices. Field incoming service calls and document technical requests within the ticketing system. Resolve user credential issues and manage password resets. Administer user account modifications and provisioning within the core database system. Maintain an accurate inventory log of all desktop, laptop, and tablet assets. Coordinate the safe disposal and processing of obsolete electronic hardware. Perform detailed quality control checks on all workstations prior to deployment. Monitor incoming IT requests and distribute assignments based on technician availability. Execute additional administrative and operational tasks as requested by leadership.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent GED. 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role. 3 to 5 years of experience working in a customer-facing or service environment. Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook. Efficient alphanumeric data input and professional phone etiquette skills. Strong written literacy for clear documentation and logical problem-solving reasoning.

Primarily involves sitting or standing for sedentary office work. Requires regular use of hands, hearing, and speech for phone interaction. Must be able to occasionally lift and transport hardware components weighing up to 25 pounds.
