Pay:
$30/hour-$36/hour Position Overview A growing organization is seeking an experienced Endpoint Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support across a diverse end-user environment. This role focuses on device lifecycle management, end-user support, system provisioning, and troubleshooting across Windows, Apple, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills and thrives in a fast-paced, user-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user issues involving Windows, Apple, and mobile operating systems.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices for new hires and existing employees.
  • Provision and manage Windows devices utilizing Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Support mobile device enrollment, management, and security through Microsoft Intune (MDM).
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve support requests while meeting established service-level expectations.
  • Deliver both onsite and remote support using collaboration and remote-access technologies.
  • Assist executives and business leaders with technology-related needs and escalations.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and other productivity tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and device inventory.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop, endpoint, or technical support environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 systems and Dell hardware.
  • Knowledge of macOS and Apple mobile devices, including iPhone and iPad support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot device deployment and configuration.
  • Experience working within ticketing and IT service management platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments with a mix of Windows, Apple, and mobile technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management best practices.
  • Experience working with SysAid or comparable ITSM platforms.
  • Previous experience providing white-glove support to senior leadership teams. Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance practices.
  • Experience with remote support tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Background in hardware deployment, asset management, and device lifecycle processes.
