We currently have an opening on our talented Information Technology team, and are in need of an IT Technician. As an IT Technician, you will utilize your help desk experience to provide technical support throughout the global SPIROL organization. You are the first level of escalation for all IT related issues and requests, and you'll flex your strong communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for the SPIROL team. We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a help desk position, supporting multiple users, which would include deploying new hardware, configuring user access, managing printers/print servers, working with LAN and WAN, and cyber security programs. Global experience is a plus!
