Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Field Engineer 3 to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, software, and peripherals. Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues Perform PC/laptop reimaging and hardware replacements Support servers, enterprise storage, and legacy products Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and applications Manage service tickets and meet client SLAs Provide professional, customer-focused technical support ?
