This role includes supporting approximately 1,000-2,000 users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You'll split your work between: Deskside support (50%) Help desk and ticket-based support (50%) This position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of corporate IT support experience who enjoys hands-on work and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices Perform device imaging, builds, deployments, and workstation setups Provide on-site deskside support for break/fix and configuration needs Manage tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems Support both on-site corporate users and remote field staff Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Top Skills & Experience Must-Haves:
Strong macOS troubleshooting (hardware & software) 2-5 years of IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment Experience supporting 1,000-2,000+ users Mix of deskside and help desk support Excellent communication and customer-service skillsNice-to-Haves:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anderson, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
