Support People. Keep Technology Moving. We're looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support across end-user devices, workplace applications, and core IT services. You'll be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, resolving incidents, supporting users, and maintaining a reliable desktop environment. Working closely with infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams, you'll have the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, and cloud technologies . This is a strong opportunity for an IT professional looking to take on broader technical responsibilities and progress toward Senior Desktop Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or IT Operations . What You'll Do Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve Windows hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and access requests. Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Configure and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment. Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity. Deploy software, patches, security updates, and endpoint configurations. Manage incidents and service requests through an ITSM platform. Maintain accurate asset records and technical support documentation. Escalate complex infrastructure and security issues to appropriate teams. Support onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and user access changes. Participate in technology upgrades, migrations, and IT improvement projects. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in desktop support, technical support, service desk, or a related IT role. Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID. Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting. Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune or comparable platforms. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or another ITSM solution. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support. Ability to prioritise incidents and manage multiple requests effectively. Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security fundamentals. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are advantageous. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States. Your Next Move Don't just close tickets.
