This is a hands-on position combining web development, systems administration, IT support, and digital content management . The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through implementation while also providing day-to-day technical support to our team. Key Responsibilities Web Development & Website Management Develop, design, maintain, and continuously improve company websites. Plan and execute website redesigns, new features, functionality, integrations, and technical improvements. Manage web projects from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Develop and modify website code, templates, integrations, and custom functionality. Maintain responsive design, usability, performance, and overall user experience. Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, databases, and related web services. Troubleshoot website errors, performance issues, integrations, and hosting-related problems. Implement and manage new web technologies and technical solutions. IT & Systems Support Provide day-to-day IT support for employees and company operations. Manage and maintain on-site servers and related infrastructure. Perform server maintenance, updates, monitoring, backups, troubleshooting, and recovery. Troubleshoot computers, software, hardware, printers, networks, internet connectivity, and other office technology. Configure and support workstations, user accounts, permissions, and printers. Manage and support company phone systems. Manage Microsoft 365, company email accounts, users, permissions, and related services. Install, configure, update, and support company software and applications. Monitor systems for reliability, security, availability, and performance. Assist with technology upgrades, migrations, deployments, and new system implementations. Website Content & Digital Marketing Support Create and update website content, including product pages, vehicle features, galleries, landing pages, and company information. Prepare and optimize images, graphics, and digital content for website use. Support SEO improvements, including page structure, metadata, and content optimization. Create, design, prepare, test, and distribute company newsletters and email campaigns. Create promotional landing pages, banners, announcements, and campaign-related website content. Support product launches, vehicle features, special promotions, and manufacturer-related digital content. Handle the website and technical implementation required for digital marketing campaigns. Maintain consistent branding and visual presentation across websites, newsletters, and other digital materials. Qualifications Proven experience in web development and website management . Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies and experience modifying website code and templates. Experience managing web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, databases, and backups . Working knowledge of servers, networking, computers, printers, and general IT infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and email systems . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with website content management, image preparation, and digital assets. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and email/newsletter platforms . Ability to independently manage projects from planning through deployment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and technical support requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to assist employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
