Education:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing a Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
Previous Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience supporting, optimizing, or maintaining ERP applications in a manufacturing environment preferred, Global Shop Systems experience a plus. 1-2 years of database or application support experience preferred. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint — site creation, permissions management, and content administration preferred. Experience in troubleshooting, developing, and maintaining custom flows using Power Automate preferred. Experience with custom report or dashboard development using Crystal Reports or Power BI preferred. Familiarity with API integrations or cross-platform system connectivity desired. Application programming experience a plus (C#, C++, VB, or Python) Three years' related experience is required for Supervisor.

Physical Requirements:
Light physical requirements. Eyestrain from computer use may develop. This position requires occasional work on nights and weekends. Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time or more. Must be able to operate a computer 50% of the time or more.
Essential Functions:
Support the company's ERP and eQMS systems, acting as a point of contact for technical and operational system-related issues. Assist in coordinating, planning, and performing upgrades to the company's ERP and eQMS systems, including preparation of all training and testing documentation. Develop and maintain custom tools and programs for use with the company's ERP and eQMS systems, including integrations between systems. Create, maintain, and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites, libraries, permission structures, and content to support internal collaboration and document management. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate. Support API integrations and assist with connectivity between business platforms and thirdparty systems as needed. Respond to end-user requests for system training and assistance with technical issues. Facilitate data export and analysis requests pertaining to the company's ERP and eQMS systems. Assist with system administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, troubleshooting, and database maintenance. Monitor and maintain system health using preexisting management tools and respond to issues as they arise. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in training, troubleshooting, identify root cause, provide technical support when needed, and document findings/steps taken in accordance with established procedures. Perform and complete work in accordance with established KPI's, policies, and procedures. Perform other IT-related tasks as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to develop and maintain constructive, cooperative working relationships with colleagues and end users across all levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Ability to prioritize workload, manage competing demands, and work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and continuously grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to effectively support and contribute to project completion. Must be able to successfully troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. Must be able to efficiently and professionally respond to technical questions from end users. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language proficiently to ensure compliance with our
ISO 13485
procedures.
