•RESPONSIBILITIES Keeping all IT systems (software, hardware, etc.) always working, by selecting the best providers to keep systems running 24/7 Determining the maintenance and growth needs of the network Working closely with the Operations Management Team to determine priorities and ensure the correct functioning of the restaurant's equipment and systems. Creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the restaurants open and the company functional in the event of a crisis. Maintaining up-to-date systems and software programs. Contacting vendors to obtain quotations needed. Following companies' procedures during negotiations with suppliers to get the best conditions and ensure quality work from third-party companies. Assisting users with technical support and troubleshooting computer problems Anticipate and report the cost of replacing/upgrading systems items (software & hardware)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or Associated Degree in Computer Science or related field Comprehensive understanding of network architecture Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and hardware. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Keen attention to details Good organization, time management, and prioritization skills are required. Efficient troubleshooting abilities Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening. Great customer service and interpersonal skills 2+ years of experience in IT support. QSR or Retail experience is a big plus.
