Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving them promptly. Help maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers. Participate in the development and testing of new software applications. Document processes and procedures for IT systems and support. Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives. Perform regular updates and backups to ensure data integrity and security. Monitor system performance and report any issues to senior IT staff.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows. Experience with programming languages such as Java, or C++. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
