Our team works directly with Verizon to support customer outreach and help customers learn about available wireless, internet, and connectivity services. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is interested in developing skills in team leadership, client services, sales operations, and business management. No previous telecommunications experience is required. Candidates receive training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support while learning the responsibilities of the role. What You'll Do As an Entry Level Manager, you'll work alongside experienced leaders while learning how to support both customer-facing activities and day-to-day team operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Represent Verizon professionally during customer interactions. Manage a small team of customer-facing associates with daily activities and priorities. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Help provide coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support to team members. Participate in team meetings and help communicate daily goals and expectations. Monitor basic team activity and help keep daily operations organized. Assist with customer enrollment and account-related processes when needed. Help ensure customer information and required documentation are completed accurately. Communicate customer questions, feedback, and concerns to the appropriate team members. Assist with scheduling, team coordination, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities. Stay informed on Verizon products, services, promotions, and process updates. Work with management to identify opportunities to improve team performance and customer experience.
