13 October 2026 - 12 October 2027, plus four Option Years) Position Overview Seeking an IT Accountability / eMASS Support Specialist to maintain IT asset inventories and support eMASS system monitoring within the Directorate at Fort Benning, GA. This role maintains a list of all computers, laptops, servers, and above-baseline software by individual employee name, establishes task spreadsheets with POCs and reporting frequencies, and monitors all due outs and artifacts for all systems in eMASS. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Maintain a list of all computers, laptops, servers, and all above-baseline software (follow eMASS template) by individual (employee) name Establish task spreadsheet with POCs and reporting frequencies for all systems in eMASS Monitor all due outs and artifacts for all systems in eMASS Maintain IT asset lifecycle from procurement through disposal via DRMO Maintain accurate records and logs for all IT assets Support the command's IT accountability requirements Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the IT Office Create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, user guides) Draft user communications regarding outages and updates Perform other IT-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of IT helpdesk, technical support, or asset management experience
Citizenship:
U.S. Citizenship required
Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding
Certifications:
Must possess and maintain at least one (1) prior to onboarding: CompTIA Security+ EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT) GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
CPD:
Minimum 20 hours annually of Continuous Professional Development, or the minimum required to maintain certification, whichever is greater e
MASS Experience:
Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon award
