We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical support for end users in Indiana/Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience resolving everyday desktop and operating system issues while delivering responsive customer service. The person in this role will support a Windows-based environment, manage user access needs, and help maintain smooth day-to-day technology operations. Remote position with capability to travel to IN/KY clients (10% travel monthly).

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming service desk requests and provide timely technical assistance for hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve common problems related to Microsoft Windows systems, desktop performance, and end-user functionality.
• Support Windows 10 devices by identifying issues, applying fixes, and escalating more complex incidents when needed.
• Create, update, and close support tickets with clear documentation of actions taken and issue resolution.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as account support, password resets, and basic user access maintenance.
• Provide desk-side and remote support to employees to minimize downtime and restore productivity quickly.
• Help set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices in accordance with support standards
