Help desk systems Network support 1 year Peripheral hardware support Entry level Office equipment system installation Full Job Description As a Hardware Support Associate you install and maintain hardware and software on devices, including LAN and WAN attached devices. You make an impact by being the end user support for all Von Maur systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install, configure, and test hardware and software on devices, including connectivity to the AS/400 and the Internet. Track all activity through the help desk software. Configure and install remote devices in a WAN environment with remote access to the AS/400; use Client Access and to the LAN for e-mail, Internet, and file sharing Configure and install other LAN attached devices (time clocks, workstation controllers, and specialized printers) Complete routine software/database upgrades Have 1-2 years of hardware or computer experience Be available to work a rotating schedule of day, evening and weekend shifts
