is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with experience in supporting

ERP/HRIS

systems to join our team as an ERP Software Support Specialist. As a member of our

AGRILAND FS

Team, this individual will serve as the in-house expert for our core ERP system, Agvance, and work closely with internal departments to develop customized solutions and enhancements in the system to meet their needs.

Core responsibilities:

Understand and learn the ins and outs of Agvance, an ERP system for ag retailers Install and test software upgrades Communicate with other departments to resolve software, hardware, and operations problems Understand and troubleshoot a variety of business software applications Utilize Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls and provide support to end users Provide initial and on-going user training on software and platforms such as Agvance, Jamf, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), and Microsoft 365 Establish and maintain network users, user environments, directories, and security on a variety of internal platforms, including Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint Confirm appropriate vendor billing on licensing Troubleshoot basic hardware issues as back-up support to the IT help desk What we need from you: Associate's degree in information technology or information systems and/or 2-4 years of work-related experience Experience supporting iOS devices in a business environment Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience providing excellent internal customer service Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Willing to work outside normal business hours when necessary Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to travel independently and overnight, if necessary What we offer our team: Casual office environment On-site team with a collaborative work style Paid time off, sick pay, and paid holidays Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Excellent training and career development opportunities Are you a good match to join the
