Bottleless Nation is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician who thrives on helping others and providing world-class customer service to internal teams.
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about starting a career in IT and delivering exceptional customer service? This role offers hands-on experience supporting both PC and Mac environments within our Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant, giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and advance in the IT field. You'll assist with support tickets, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure end-users receive the support they need to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide world-class technical support to internal teams using both PC and Mac environments. Respond promptly and professionally to support tickets and service requests. Provide comprehensive onboarding support to new employees. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including operating systems, hardware, and peripherals. Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, and printers. Support M365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Including user management. Collaborate with the team and escalate complex issues to System Administrators when needed. Maintain accurate records of support activities and document solutions for future reference. Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management. Develop your IT skills and grow with the company into more advanced roles.
Requirements:
A passion for starting a career in IT and a strong desire to learn. A dedication to providing exceptional customer service to internal teams. Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Comfortable using help desk ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+,
Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus but not required.
