We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys diagnosing problems, helping others, and using their technical knowledge to join a growing corporate team. In this role, you'll provide over-the-phone technical support to customers and automotive professionals, helping troubleshoot vehicle-related issues and identify the right solutions. What You'll Do Provide over-the-phone technical support and troubleshooting assistance Diagnose automotive issues by asking the right questions and gathering information Guide customers and technicians through diagnostic and repair processes Research technical information and identify appropriate solutions Explain technical concepts clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge Document calls, diagnoses, and resolutions accurately Work with internal teams to resolve more complex technical issues Stay current on automotive technology, systems, and repair procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive technician, diagnostic, repair, or related experience Strong understanding of automotive systems and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable providing technical assistance over the phone Strong verbal communication skills Ability to explain complex automotive issues in a clear, easy-to-understand way Customer-service mindset with a professional and patient approach ASE certification or formal automotive training is a plus Why Join?
