at White Oak iT Solutions LLC in Aurora, Illinois, United States Job Description Provide technical support & incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Report and track carrier issues, hardware RMA's etc. Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes. Provide monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts. Tuning & optimization of monitoring systems . Review, track and update network operations policies, standards and documentation. Assist with development of the network management platform adoption, configuration and tuning. Working on network routing and switching technologies and routing protocols. Position Requirements -CS,IT,IS,Comp Apps,Electr/Electronics Eng,Bus Admin, Mgmt,Eng(any)or related field+5yrs of progressive exp in any position/title providing exp working as a Network Engineer. Special Requirements - Qualifying experience must include experience working as a Network Engineer. Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The position does not require any international travel. But it requires travel within the nation. Also, the travel frequency depends on the projects that is being assigned. Since this is a future position, providing a timeline and the frequency of travel for a project that will be assigned at a later stage is currently not possible.
