IT Help Desk Support

CONTRACT

Essential Responsibilities:

Provides escalation support and incoming tickets assistance for the service delivery team as needed and based on availability Answers calls as needed and interacts with clients and vendors Troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of technical issues Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders Develops and maintain documentation for procedures Assists other departments with additional tasks as needed Participate in a rotation based on call schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis Experience with Windows PC and Server operating systems Proven working experience in Microsoft and other enterprise-grade products and services such as Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and similar platforms Familiarity with cloud systems such as Microsoft Azure Experience with servicing Firewalls Networking knowledge (OSI networks layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
