In this role, you will help maintain our enterprise resource planning system, support daily user operations, ensure data accuracy, and assist in streamlining business processes across departments. This is an ideal position for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of business operations, data management, and enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities System & Strategy Support:
Assist in implementing and maintaining our ERP roadmap, helping track project priorities and user adoption initiatives across facilities.
Process Optimization:
Help identify opportunities to eliminate manual workarounds and reduce reliance on disconnected spreadsheets by promoting standard ERP features.
ERP Deployment & Adoption:
Support system rollouts, continuous improvement projects, and end-user adoption efforts across various departments.
Data Management & Analytics:
Maintain high standards of data integrity within the ERP to support accurate operational reporting, executive dashboards, and strategic planning.
Business & Technical Collaboration:
Partner with department teams to gather requirements for basic reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process automation opportunities.
User Support & Best Practices:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine user support questions, helping guide teams away from legacy habits toward system best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data handling skills (proficient with Excel/spreadsheets). Basic understanding of core business operations (e.g., supply chain, finance, inventory, or operations). Clear communication skills with a customer-service mindset to support internal users. High curiosity and willingness to learn complex enterprise systems.
