This role will support Requirements Management, Design and Process FMEA ( DFMEA / PFMEA ), and Control Plan applications by partnering with Engineering, Quality, IT, and software vendors to improve tool effectiveness, user adoption, data quality, and process consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience with APQP methodologies, engineering or quality systems, requirements management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or product development environment. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance enterprise tools used for APQP , Requirements Management, DFMEA , PFMEA , and Control Plans. Gather business requirements and user feedback to identify system and process improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and software vendors. Support testing, validation, deployment, and release activities for system enhancements. Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user support resources. Monitor tool performance, data quality, and user adoption. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track product development and quality metrics. Coordinate project activities, communicate status updates, and manage risks and action items. Serve as a subject matter resource for APQP processes, FMEA methodologies, and engineering quality systems.
