Hardware Field Technian Netfor, Inc. - 3.5 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Image and ship laptops/desktops to teammates. Manage all IT inventory at the Marathon Health Indianapolis location, including: Maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Auditing inventory for accuracy. Shipping and receiving inventory. Following up with users to ensure timely equipment return. Provide general in-person and remote desktop support, including user setups and troubleshooting. Provide audio-visual support for meeting rooms. Manage tickets to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation. Follow and maintain technical documentation related to the role. Deliver excellent customer service to in-office executives and remote employees. Adhere to security, HIPAA, and other IT policies. Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues with or without documentation, escalating appropriately. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to learn new things independently in support of the role. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and audit in-office IT inventory and identify ordering needs. Ability to identify documentation needs and take ownership of creating documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks based on service desk and customer needs. Computer Skills Experience imaging computers. Microsoft Windows and macOS support experience. General IT desktop support skills. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Telephony support experience (preferred). Mobile device management (MDM) support experience (preferred). Basic networking experience (preferred). Licenses and Certifications CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ (preferred). Microsoft desktop-related certifications (preferred).
