20 hours a weekSalary:
$15.00 per hourPrimary Functions:
Level 1 Support/ Help Desk- Audio/video setup and equipment for meetings and presentations
- IT Troubleshooting, including setting up new PC's, user profiles, printer errors, software updates, replacement of hardware, wiping PC's.
- Working with help desk ticketing system
- Maintaining and updating inventory as needed
- Maintaining and updating documentation as needed
- Provide maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN and Wireless networks.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of phone system and printers
- Assist with projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled in Technology field of study with basic computer knowledge or relevant experiencePay:
