Evenings | 3:00 PM - 11:30
PM Schedule:
Rotating — 8 days on / 2 days off, followed by 7 days on / 4 days off
Weekend:
2 weekends per month
Holidays:
Required if they fall within the scheduled rotation We are seeking a customer-focused IT Service Desk / Support professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues Provide technical support via phone, email, online chat, remotely, and in person Document and manage service tickets accurately Work within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer equipment Provide basic technical training and guidance to end users Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues Perform other IT support duties as assigned Required Qualifications Associate degree in Computer Systems or related field , OR 2 years of equivalent IT experience High school diploma Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Microsoft Windows certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 6 months Preferred Experience Previous Call Center or Service Desk experience Experience maintaining and configuring computer equipment Experience with service-ticket documentation and SLAs Experience providing basic technical training to end users Interested candidates: Send your updated resume or apply today! #ImmediateHiring #ITJobs #ITSupport #ServiceDesk #HelpDesk #TechnicalSupport #ITCareers #TechJobs #ContractJobs #
