JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service to work in. Candidates must have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or similar role. This must include installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide desktop support and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth IT operations. Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical problems promptly. Utilize ServiceNow platform for ticket management and efficient workflow. Apply computer skills to assist in network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1-2+ years of IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support duties with excellent troubleshooting skills. Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software. Basic networking troubleshooting skills. Reliable attendance. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation. Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow). Hardware and software experience. Must maintain a valid driver's license.
