The ideal candidate has hands-on experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Android, etc.) Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware fixes Troubleshoot software issues and perform device testing Maintain a clean, organized, and professional repair workspace Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to customers Accurately document repairs and parts used Meet repair quality and turnaround time standards Requirements Previous cell phone repair experience required Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and components Ability to solder (preferred but not required) Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with tablets, game consoles, or computers CPR Cell Phone Repair experience a plus Sales or customer service experience
